To best safeguard the server, our application form, gaming servers, and website may collect the following data:

Personal Information

Third-party services, such as the Skade Gaming Patreon, Discord, or various video games, may collect and store information related to payments/billing in accordance with their respective privacy policies. Skade Gaming has no access to third-party information and will not share your information with third-parties.

You reserve the right to provide less information or withdraw personal information associated with your application/membership to Skade Gaming. However, omitting some of this information may limit your ability to access all of the benefits of Skade Gaming, including but not limited to, access to the Skade Gaming Discord server and gaming servers.

Sensitive Information

Skade Gaming does not collect or store any sensitive information, such as race, ethnicity, religion, or political associations. In accordance with the Skade Gaming Mission Statement and to better curate your experience on Skade Gaming, Personal Health Information may be collected and retained as a part of the Skade Gaming Whitelist Application.

Such information includes whether you or a family member has any physical or mental disabilities or diagnoses that may impact your experience on Skade Gaming. Such information is encouraged, but not required, for admission to Skade Gaming or its associated servers. Disability status and Private Health Information will be stored securely with your application and will never be shared. The provision of Private Health Information will never impact application decisions to Skade Gaming, this information is only collected and retained for the appropriate provision of disability services and assistance, if necessary.

How Long your Information is Stored

Skade Gaming may store your personal information for an extended period of time, depending on how long we may need to access it. For example, we may retain information from your whitelist application as long as you are a member with us.

Who the Information is shared with

Skade Gaming will never share your information with third parties, it will be stored securely and only accessible by Skade Gaming staff.

Ability to decline or withdraw collection of Information

You can, at any time, decline to disclose or withdraw consent to retain your information. However, failure to provide Skade Gaming with the information associated with your Whitelist Application may result in a denial of services from Skade Gaming out of precaution for the security and safety of our members. If you wish for your information to be deleted or wish to speak with a Skade Gaming representative regarding the collection of your information, please contact staff@skadegaming.com and provide necessary information and details to assist you with your request.

Policy Update

This privacy policy was last updated on December 3, 2023. If we adjust the privacy policy, we will email all Skade Gaming members of this change and post the most recent update date here. New privacy policies shall be effective immediately unless otherwise indicated.
